About Old town

Old Town is an historic, highly walkable Midtown neighborhood in Tallahassee, Florida, bounded by Mahan Drive, Magnolia Drive, Miccosukee Road, and Meridian Road. Known for its 1930s and 1940s character, it features tree-lined canopy streets, classic bungalows, and proximity to Downtown. 

Our neighborhood is home to three public schools – Kate Sullivan Elementary, Cobb Middle, and Leon High School – as well as Trinity Catholic School.
