Welcome to Old Town
The neighborhood in the heart of Florida’s Capital City

Historic Old Town – sheltered by charter oaks and and cradled by rolling hills – is one of Tallahassee, Florida’s oldest neighborhoods, with homes dating to the 1930s and 40s.
Bounded by Mahan and Magnolia drives and Miccosukee and Meridian roads, Old Town is a place where kids can walk to to one of the four schools in our neighborhood, and from which you can get to Downtown, Midtown and Cascades Park within minutes.
