Welcome to the Old Town Neighborhood

Sheltered by charter oaks and and cradled by rolling hills, historic Old Town is one of Tallahassee, Florida’s oldest neighborhoods, with homes dating to the 1930s and 40s.

Bounded by Mahan and Magnolia drives and Miccosukee and Meridian roads, Old Town is a place where kids of every grade can walk to to one of the four schools in our neighborhood, and from which you can get to Downtown, Midtown and Cascades Park within minutes.

The neighborhood’s mission is to “preserve and protect the beauty, identification, and quality of life in the Old Town Neighborhood.”
