Welcome to the Old Town Neighborhood

Sheltered by charter oaks and towering dogwoods and cradled by rolling hills, historic Old Town is one of Tallahassee, Florida’s oldest neighborhoods, with homes dating to the 1930s and 40s.

Bounded by Mahan Drive, Magnolia Drive, Miccosukee Road, and Meridian Road, Old Town is a neighborhood where kids of every grade can walk to school (there are four schools in our boundaries!) and from which you can get to Downtown, Midtown and Cascades Park within minutes.

The neighborhood’s mission is to “preserve and protect the beauty, identification, and quality of life in the Old Town Neighborhood.”
